Which TaskSimply mode should I start with?
Start in Personal Mode — it's the default and covers daily tasks, notes, the calendar and a kanban board. Switch to Family, Business or Ministry Mode when part of your week needs those tools.
Can I use more than one mode?
Yes. All four modes are part of one free account. Switch between them from the sidebar or with ⌥1 to ⌥4 — there's no separate sign-up for each.
Do the modes share the same data?
Yes. Modes change which tools are in front of you, not where your data lives. A workspace's tasks, notes and lists are the same whichever mode you're in.
Do all four modes cost the same?
TaskSimply is free to start, and every mode is included — there's no extra charge to switch into Business, Family or Ministry Mode.
